ARM should read:
"Arm: continue from the joined fingers (24 stitches)
Row 1-3: Work SC across. (24 stitches)
Even rows 4- 16: SC across, decreasing 2 evenly over row.
Odd rows 5-15: SC across.
After row 16 you should have 10 stitches, bind off and set aside."
